Marie Albertine Lueck married Ferdinand Julius Meicho abt 1862. She was born March 29, 1836 died Oct. 10, 1913

Ferdinand and Marie Meicho landed in New York the day President Abraham Lincoln's funeral was leaving for Springfield, Illinois. The train they were on had to follow the funeral train all the way and at each depot they would stop for a memorial service. Every depot was draped in black as was the train. That was in 1865.
